Human, Son, Fighter
I’m Liam
I’m an athlete first but fighting and wrestling have always been more than sports for me they’re where I go to stay grounded. Training mixed martial arts with inspiration from the UFC helped me build discipline, resilience, and honestly, a way to work through pressure when life gets loud.
Mental health has played a huge role in shaping who I am. I’ve learned the hard way that strength isn’t about hiding the struggle it’s about understanding it and still showing up. I’m passionate about having honest, real conversations around stress, the headspace of young athletes, and the parts of life people don’t always talk about out loud.
Outside the gym, I like breaking things down to understand them whether it’s metal, reactions, or thoughts. Poetry became my way of translating what doesn’t fit neatly into words. Music’s almost always on, keeping the rhythm going whether I’m training, working, or thinking.
I’m here to talk and really share the reality behind the fight mindset, and hopefully remind even one person listening that they’re not alone in their own mental corner.
